As the 2017 Iowa High School Football season gets closer to ending, districts across the state are announcing their picks for their all-district teams. In Class 1A, District 3, where West Branch resides, many Bears have been dawned the honor of making one of the all-district teams.

First Team
Jacob Barnhart, Beau Cornwell, Jacob Graves, John Hatfield, Ben Thompson.

Second Team
Andrew Black, Billy Friis, Tanner Lukavksy.

Honorable Mention
Jeff Bowie, Jaden Hierseman, Brett Schiele.

Most Valuable Performers
Jacob Barnhart (OL), Beau Cornwell (kicker), Jacob Graves (DB), Ben Thompson (WR).

Golden Award
Wyatt Goodale
This award is given out for a player who was injured most of the year.

Coach of the Year
Butch Pedersen
